Symptoms

It's a common misconception that food intolerances only show themselves as digestive symptoms.

Each person's immune system is completely different. A gluten sensitivity for example will cause eczema in one individual, but IBS in the next, depending on where in the body the immune system decides to attack. Anxiety is often on the list of symptoms that client's come with and I'm very excited to see the positive difference testing and treatment is having on them.

Other signs that you may have a food sensitivity or intolerance are;

  • Rashes
  • Arthritis
  • Vitiligo (patches of pigment loss in skin)
  • Irregular menstrual cycle
  • Thyroid problems
  • Alopecia (hair loss)
  • Loose and frequent bowel movements
  • Acne
  • Constipation
  • Joint pain and inflammation
  • Frequent or long lasting colds and flu
  • Aching muscles
  • Lack of energy
  • Mood swings
  • Brain fog
  • Nausea and/or vomiting
  • Forgetfulness
  • Poor sleep
  • Headaches and Migraines
  • Anxiety
  • Numbness or tingling in limbs
  • Weight management issues

I have seen all the above at the clinic and treat them all by firstly identifying and removing the offending food from the diet. This alone is sometimes enough to see a full and speedy recovery.
